This building has the brick facade, square bays, and glass-filled transoms typical of 1920's Seattle commercial architecture. In this case, the standard form is supplemented by a matching cornice, and a cut-out corner that joins the rightmost bay with the one around the corner, leaving a pier exposed.

We weren't able to find any records from the time this structure was built, but according to the Seattle Department of Neighborhoods, by 1937 this was the home of the Supreme Laundry and Valet Cleaners & Dyers. Along with most buildings in the neighborhood, it then continued through a number of lives as offices, restaurants, and retail space.
